Welcome to EvanDB!

EvanDB is a user-updatable database of information about the Euplotes vannus genome sequence, determined at the Institute of Evolution & Marine Biodiversity at Ocean University of China in Qingdao. EvanDB provides information on the genome, genes, and proteins of E. vannus based on analyses performed at OUC, scientific literature published by the Euplotes research community, and other sources.
